I aim to be a living example of what I share with everyone I come in contact with. My focus is to bring calm, balance, and positive energy to all professional engagements. I enjoy practicing yoga and meditating. Eating well is a very import ant part of my life. In my one-on-one sessions, I hope to inspire my clients to try, benefit from and possibly come to love these things as much as I do.
