Over the course of six weeks you will...
Be supported and guided in learning a mindfulness meditation practice. This practice will allow you to become more aware of your feelings, thoughts, emotions, and other hindrances that cause suffering. These hindrances ultimately lead to negative emotions like anger and fear, and often result in anxiety, depression, or emotional trauma.
As a practicing meditator for over 30 years, I have since become a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Facilitator, and a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Trainer. As your mentor I’m here to empower you to heal and transform your life from the inside out.
