Years ago I made a commitment to choose life, love and spiritual centeredness as my energy focus from day to day. That isn’t always easy, but like anything else--relationships, sports or creative skills, career goals--the more disciplined I work at it, the more positive results I have seen. 
I’ve been a student of the Healing Arts since 1999. Over that time I’ve become a certified Integrative Health & Wellness Consultant, certified Yoga Instructor and a Wellness Lifestyle Strategist. I have been engaged as an inspirational speaker and teacher. My BS in Psychology and studies in Metaphysics reflect my respect, belief, and passion for the mind, body, and spirit component that unifies man unto himself. 
As a meditation practitioner for over 30 years, I have since become a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Facilitator (MBSR), and a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Trainer.
I am a Contemplative Practitioner & Group Facilitator for a virtual Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) at Charlie Health. In this role, IÂ support clients in developing mindful awareness, cultivating wisdom, discovering purpose, living compassionately, and practicing self-inquiry.
As a Health Coach, I received my training  from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. Â
During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.  
I'm also a Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor offering breath awareness techniques, somatic practices, and a lifestyle that embodies and embraces well-being.
